Q: Shopping: Which credit cards do you accept?

A: All major credit cards are accepted at our retail locations as well as debit cards.We only accept Visa and Mastercard at our main office. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted at our main office.

Q: Shopping: Can I pay my monthly bill with a credit card ?“] Yes, you can, however the credit card fee’s will be added to the charge.

A: Shopping: Can I get a CFN card for your card lock ?“] You must have a business to apply for a card lock account for gasoline. You must also meet the State Fire Marshal’s gallon-age requirement of 900 gals of all fuels purchased in 1 calender year. If you just need an account for diesel, all you have to do is be approved for a credit account from Sheldon Oil Co.

Q: Shopping: Do I need an account with your company to purchase fuel and or Lube oils ?

A: Anybody is able to purchase either fuel or lube oil from our company without an account. We will accept Check, cash, money order, or credit card for any purchase. We will need supporting documentation if you are wanting to buy tax exempt diesel. We are not allowed to sell gasoline products through our card locks however. You must meet all Fire Marshal requirements to purchase gasoline through a card lock in the state of Oregon.

Q:Shopping: What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

A: Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time

Q: Shipping: How long will it take to receive my order ?

A: The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, and promotional items should ship in 4-7 days. Large items such as big screen TV’s or appliances are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and may take up to 21-28 days to arrive.
