Our February 2020 Employee of the Month is Melinda Scott of Beaver Shell & Grocery! Melinda started with us in March 2019 and quickly moved up the ranks, becoming assistant manager this past September because of her willingness to step up and help wherever necessary. Melinda's manager, Emily, had this to say about her in her nomination: "Melinda always goes above and beyond in any way possible. When I'm gone, I feel confident that the store is in good hands, knowing she can handle any situation that may arise. Her positive attitude makes both her co-workers and the customers feel valued."
